Medvedev: EU’s approach to Russia is based on arrogance, infantilism and stupidity
MOSCOW, July 26/ Radio Sputnik. Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, said that the European Union’s policy towards Russia is based on arrogance, infantilism and stupidity.
Medvedev recalled that the EU decided to punish Russia first and shatter its economy.
After the failure, Europe “recovered” and remembered its dependence on Russian energy supplies, he continued.
“Fear of freezing” has replaced “zhovto-Blakyt hysteria”, but that doesn’t prevent the EU from supplying arms to Kiev, Medvedev said.
Earlier, Sputnik radio reported that the Russian Foreign Ministry announced that the West’s “crusade” against Russia had failed.
