Russian racer Zhiltsov changes his sports citizenship to participate in the Dakar rally
MOSCOW, September 14 – RIA Novosti, Pavel Levkovich. Russian racer Konstantin Zhiltsov has changed his sports citizenship, RIA Novosti told the Russian Automobile Federation (RAF).
Earlier, Russian racer Sergey Karyakin told RIA Novosti that pilots from Russia are not allowed to participate in international competitions, including the Dakar, without a written statement condemning the Russian special operation in Ukraine.
