Croatia, Italy, Netherlands and Spain qualify for the UEFA Nations League play-offs
MOSCOW, September 28 – RIA Novosti. Teams from Croatia, Italy, Netherlands and Spain will play in the League of Nations play-offs.
The Croatians finished the 1st Group of the A League in the first place with 13 points. Spain won Group 2 with 11 points and Italy won Group 3 with 11 points, while the Netherlands finished Group 4 in first place with 16 points.
The League of Nations play-off semi-finals will be played on 14-15 June 2023. On June 18, the final match of the tournament and the third place match will be played.
Scotland, Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia will play in the first division in the next Nations League. He left the A League, Austria, Czech Republic, England and Wales teams.
The current winner of the League of Nations is the France team.
The Russian national team did not take part in the UEFA Nations League in the 2022/23 season. Earlier, the International Football Federation (FIFA) and the Association of European Football Associations (UEFA) issued a joint statement that Russian teams and clubs are barred from participation in all international competitions indefinitely.
