Serbian footballers beat the Norwegians and advanced to the UEFA Nations League A League.
MOSCOW, September 27 – RIA Novosti. The Serbian national team defeated the Norwegian team in the last match of the UEFA Nations League group stage.
The 1st League B Group B match played in Oslo ended with the Serbians score 2-0 with the goals of Dusan Vlahovic (42nd minute) and Aleksandar Mitrovic (54).

In another match of the group, the Swedish national team drew 1:1 with the Slovenian team.
Collecting 13 points, the Serbian national team came first in the group and advanced to the A League. The second is the Norwegian team (10 points), the third – the Slovenian team (6). The Swedish team (4) took last place and relegated to League C.
In the 2nd Division B match, the Albanian team drew 1:1 with the Icelanders. Israel, who will be promoted to League A, took the first place with 8 points in the four. Second Icelandic team (4), third Albanian team (2). The Russian national team, which was banned from all competitions under the auspices of UEFA in the 2022/23 season, was supposed to play in this group. As a result, the Russian team will land in Division C.
In the 2nd League C match, the Greek team defeated the Northern Ireland team 3:1 and the Kosovo team defeated the Cypriots 5:1. The Greeks scored 15 points and qualified for the B League. Kosovo (9 points) finished second, Northern Ireland (5) third, Cypriots (5) last, they need a play-out to stay in the league.
