Agent Milstein: Berdin from Winnipeg has no alcohol or drug problems
MOSCOW, October 7 – RIA Novosti, Andrey Senchenko. The Russian player’s manager, Dan Milstein, said Winnipeg Jets NHL goalkeeper Mikhail Berdin has never had an alcohol or drug problem and has never had a problem.
The NHL previously announced that Berdeen would not play for Winnipeg in the 2022-23 season, following a recommendation from the NHLPA’s Common Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Program.
Berdin’s contract with Winnipeg expires in 2023. He played 14 KHL matches for SKA Petersburg in the 2020/21 season.
