Tomorrow, Dubai’s beaches will witness a heritage-rich water sports event. 2022-2023
74 boats take part in a demonstration to hold the first draw for the local 43-foot yacht regatta in the waters of the Persian Gulf, where the electronic portal registration process was busy before registration closed yesterday.
The race starts at 13:00 from the depths of the waters of the Persian Gulf to the finish line on the coast of Jumeirah over a distance of 14 nautical miles.
Rashid Thani Al-Ayel Al-Muhairi, Member of the Board of Directors of Dubai International Marine Sports Club and Chairman of the Sports Committee, welcomed all owners and participants to the first round of the championship and wished the organizing committee success and all the boats that today compete on the beautiful beaches of the Persian Gulf, drawing a portrait of the heritage.
