The head of the league, Nail Izmailov, had a meeting with the head of the Crimean Football Union (CFU) in Crimea, Sergei Borodkin, the press service of the National Football League (FNL) told RIA Novosti on Wednesday. With the decision of the Union of European Football Federations, Crimean clubs compete in the regional championship after Crimea joins the Russian Federation, the organization prohibits the participation of Crimean clubs in the tournaments of the Russian Football Union.
