MOSCOW, 17 November RIA News. Famous organizer Vladimir Khryunov declarationwho contacted Artem Dzyuba through an agent and offered to arrange a boxing match.
Dziuba terminated his contract with Adana Demirspor at the beginning of November and became a free agent. Earlier, MMA representative Alexander Emelianenko talked about a possible fight with a football player.
“I contacted Artem Dzyuba’s manager. I offered to consider the possibility of holding a boxing match. But Artem decided to focus on football for now. I was ready to make an offer with a lot of zeros. I think we will choose the format. When he succeeds, those who didn’t like him before will love him,” he said.
Dzyuba is the top scorer in the history of the Russian Premier League. He also shares with Alexander Kerzhakov the first place in the list of top scorers in the history of the Russian national team (30 goals each).
