Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev are ranked seventh and eighth respectively in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) rankings. Rublev reached the semi-finals of the final ATP tournament, while Medvedev completed the group stage. Daria Kasatkina and Veronika Kudermetova are eighth and ninth in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings. Kasatkina could not leave the group in the last WTA tournament, Kudermetova won the doubles championship in a duet with Belgian Elise Mertens in these competitions.
