Morocco 360: Moroccan fans imitate the Japanese in the stands after the match
DOHA, November 24 – RIA Novosti. Moroccan fans, following the example of the Japanese, collected garbage in the stands of the Al Bayt stadium after the end of the first match of the World Cup for the national team in Qatar, the news portal Morocco 360 reported.
On Wednesday, the Moroccan national team drew with the Croatians, their assistant world champions, in the first-round match of the World Cup group stage (0-0).
The portal posted photos showing Moroccans dressed in red and green t-shirts draped with national flags, under the watchful eye of guards, picking up bags of rubbish left on the couches and on the floor.
The Japanese national team defeated the German team with a score of 2: 1 at the “Khalifa” stadium on Wednesday. After the match, Japanese fans collected food packages left by other fans. After Sunday’s opening game, Japanese fans did the same. Their participation in cleaning the stands in the stadium was featured on his channel by one of the Qatari bloggers, and his video became popular with Arab viewers.
Japanese fans also cleaned up the trash after their national team’s 2018 World Cup matches in Russia.
