Kameneva breaks Russian record in 50m backstroke short course
MOSCOW, November 24 – RIA Novosti. Maria Kameneva took first place in the 50m backstroke at the Russian Short Course Swimming Championships, held as part of the Friendship Games international competition in Kazan.
Kameneva broke the Russian record (26.15) at this distance with a time of 25.60 seconds and repeated the European record. Daria Vaskina (26.79) took second place, while Alexander Kurilkin closed the top three (26.89).
