Tasnim: Iran’s win over US may not give Iranians a day off
MOSCOW, November 29 – RIA Novosti. Mehdi Pirkhadi, chairman of the Tehran City Council Health and Environment Committee, suggested that the government declare a day off in Iran on Wednesday, November 30, if the national football team wins a match with their US rivals, Tasnim reported.
The agency explains that the politician made the offer because the match was played late in the evening, according to Iranian time.
