By this indicator, he surpassed Viktor Kozlov (198 goals) and rose to the clean 19th place among the Russians in the list of the best snipers in the history of the league. It took Panarin 552 matches to reach this mark.
The Russian player’s next goal will be his 200th goal in the NHL. According to this indicator, he will be on par with Valery Kamensky, who is the 18th top scorer in the NHL among the Russians. First place in the rating belongs to the Washington Capitals forward Alexander Ovechkin (810 goals).
