The 2022/23 KHL regular season started on September 1 and will end on February 26. Each club will play 68 games, which is a regular season record. Only one pause on the calendar is planned for the First Channel Cup in December.
With 73 points in 51 games, CSKA is second in the KHL summary table, SKA is in the lead (84 points in 53 games). The Continental Cup is awarded to the regular season winner.
