KRASNOGORSK (Moscow region), February 3 – RIA Novosti, Sergey Fuks. Skier Ekaterina Smirnova admitted that the victory at the stage of the Russian Cup was inferior due to the absence of national team leaders in the tournament.
On Friday, Smirnova was the winner of the 10km classic style race at the Russian Cup stage in Krasnogorsk.
Lidia Gorbunova took the second place, Anastasia Dotsenko closed the top three. Competitions are held in the absence of the leaders of the national team, who hold a training camp in Sochi.
The Russian Cup stage will be held in Krasnogorsk from February 3-5.
