All participants of the Conference League 1/8 final have been announced
MOSCOW, February 24 – RIA Novosti. All participants in the 1/8 finals of the Europa League play-offs, the second most important cup in Europe, have been announced.
On Thursday, the return games of the playoff round were held, followed by Sporting (Portugal), Bayer (Germany), Juventus (Italy), Sevilla (Spain), Manchester United 1/8 finals “(England), “Shakhtar” (Ukraine), “Rome ” (Italy), “Union” (Germany).
Previously the winners of the groups went directly to the 1/8 finals of the tournament: Arsenal (England), Fenerbahçe (Turkey), Betis (Spain), Union (Belgium), Real Sociedad (Spain), Feyenoord “(Netherlands) , “Freiburg” (Germany) , “Ferencvaros” (Hungary).
The draw for the next playoff stage will take place on February 24 in Nyon (Switzerland). Matches will be played on March 9 and 16. The Conference League has been held since the 2021/22 season, the current winner is Italian Roma.
