PSG players lost to Bayern again and flew to the 1/8 finals of the Champions League
MOSCOW, March 9 – RIA Novosti. The away players of the French “Paris Saint-Germain” lost to the German “Bavaria” in the Champions League 1/8 final second leg and could not advance to the next stage of the tournament.
The match in Munich ended with the home team leading 2-0. Eric Choupo-Moting (61 minutes) and Serge Gnabry (89) scored the goals. Parisian forwards Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe were substituted in the starting eleven.

PSG captain Marquinhos was injured in the first half and was replaced. According to RMC Sport, he had health issues during the warm-up.
The first match in Paris ended with the victory of the German club (1:0). In the current Champions League draw, the Munich team did not lose and got their eighth win in a row. Bayern are six-time winners of the tournament. The draw for the next stages of the Champions League will be drawn on 17 March in Nyon, Switzerland.
According to statistics service Opta, five of Bayern’s last six goals against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League have been scored by players who previously played for the Paris club (Chopo-Moting 3, Kingsley Coman 2).
PSG finished last season in the Round of 16 of the Champions League, losing to eventual winners Real Madrid on aggregate.
