Spaniard Alcaraz to play Medvedev in ‘Masters’ final at American Indian Wells
MOSCOW, March 19 – RIA Novosti. Spanish Carlos Alcaras defeated Italian Yannick Sinner in the semi-finals of the $8.8 million Masters tennis tournament held in Indian Wells, USA.
The match ended in favor of the world’s second racket with a score of 7:6 (7:4), 6:3. Due to the absence of Serbian Novak Djokovic, Alcaras finished under the first point in the tournament. Sinner took the 11th place. Tennis players spent 1 hour and 52 minutes on the court.

In the final, Alcaraz will face Russian Daniil Medvedev (5th seeded), who will be the fourth in a row in this final, the winning streak includes 19 matches. Before that, the tennis players played only one match with each other, then at Wimbledon, Medvedev won.
