Vyalbe said that skier Nepryaeva could compete in the marathon at the Russian Championship.
TYUMEN, March 21 – RIA Novosti, Pavel Levkovich. Elena Vyalbe, head of the Russian Ski Racing Federation, said that if Olympic champion Natalya Nepryaeva had time to recover, she could compete in the marathon at the Russian Ski Racing Championship.
Nepryaeva did not start the 10 km freestyle race at the Russian Championship due to overwork and sore throat.
Ekaterina Smirnova won the 10 km race, Alina Pekletsova took the second and Elizaveta Pantrina took the bronze medal.
“We know young Alina (Pekletsova), she does not cause a sensation for us. We expected her to make the top six, not just me. Well done big! Considering the few who did not start, she would still be in the top six. The head of the Russian Ski Racing Federation said, “For a long time I say we have girls who will be our future,” she said.

The doctor did not rule out that Nepryaeva could compete in the Czech Republic race on Wednesday.
