The current edition of the tournament has witnessed a quantum leap in the number of tournaments and events, as the number has increased to 11 different sports, including men’s soccer, futsal, beach soccer and tennis. and fitness program for men and fitness program for women, except Ramadan Council for women.
Football starts today with 12 teams divided into 3 groups, the first group consisting of the Department of Municipalities and Planning, the Department of Economic Development, the Department of Ports and Customs and the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charity, and the second. The group includes the Transport Authority, Ajman Police General Command, Ajman University and the Department of Land and Real Estate Organization, while the third group includes Ajman Bank, Department of Finance, Directorate General of Civil Defense and the City University. from Ajman.
The opening game will be played at 22:00 at the Quattro Sports Center in the Mushairif area, between the Directorate of Municipality and Planning and the Directorate of Economic Development representing the first group, followed by the transport service and general game of the competition. Ajman Police Command will take care of the second group at 23:00h, while the opening round will end against Ajman Bank and Finance Department of the three groups at 12:00h.
The Supreme Organizing Committee of the tournament confirmed its total availability to host the sporting event of Ramadan, preparing all means of success, including technical and logistical elements, to present a third edition tailored to the size and status of the tournament, which has been be become one of the biggest sporting events in UAE.
