The Padel Championship, in which 500 players, including professionals and amateurs, competed in the 32nd round of the local classification of the category with 100 points, was a fierce competition, where in the first round 15 games were played in the tenth activity. The edition of the “Nad Al Sheba Sports Tournament”, the biggest tournament of its kind, which will take place during the holy month of Ramadan and will run until April 10, will have the motto “Infinite Possibilities” and will include 8 sports.

The secretary general of the Padel Federation, Saeed Al-Marri, confirmed that the number of players participating in the tournament has multiplied by 10 compared to the first version, launched in 2013, indicating that it already reaches 500 players. Without surpassing 50 players 10 years ago, the great role that the session played in increasing the popularity and dissemination of the game in the Emirates was noted.
