Hockey player Kuznetsov said that he connected his future with “Washington”
MOSCOW, March 27 – RIA Novosti. Russian forward “Washington Capitals” Evgeny Kuznetsov said that in the future he sees himself in the capital club of the National Hockey League (NHL).
Kuznetsov was selected 26th overall by the Washington Capitals in the first round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. The Russian has been a member of the team since the 2013/14 season.
“There’s obviously nothing to comment on in the rumors about the swap. You know how it is. People who just write for whatever they want on social networks or elsewhere. I talked to these people and asked them where the information is. So there’s nothing to talk about in that regard,” added the hockey player.
Kuznetsov has appeared in 73 games this season and has scored 53 points (12 goals and 41 assists).
