The Italian Football Federation prosecutor’s office has completed its investigation into Juventus’ new case.
MOSCOW, April 12 – RIA Novosti. According to Turintsy’s official website, the Italian Football Association (FIGC) prosecutor’s office has informed Juventus that the investigation against the club in a new financial fraud case has been completed.
Juventus’ so-called “salary, partnership and agency maneuvers” are being investigated. Juventus will now have access to documents and formulate their defence. The club has two weeks to do this.
According to ANSA’s news, the FIGC prosecutor’s office will also try to file a lawsuit against Atalanta, Bologna, Cagliari, Sampdoria, Sassuolo and Udinese clubs, which allegedly made a “partnership agreement” with Juventus in the transfer market.

Earlier this season, Juventus had lost 15 points in the Italian Championship standings as they artificially inflated transfer amounts to boost the club’s capital gains. Some club officials have been suspended from football. Juventus have filed an appeal to be heard on 19 April.
If Juventus’ guilt in the new case is proven, the club could face another point loss.

Lazio beat Juventus in their first Serie A match since 2019.
