Uralian football player Vlut objects to the sentence given for the fatal accident
MOSCOW, April 17 – RIA Novosti. Ural Yekaterinburg player Rai Vlut filed The Dutch court’s decision, which sentenced him to 2.5 years in prison for a fatal accident, has been appealed.
In early April, Dutch publication AD reported that a court in Haarlem had sentenced Vlut to 2.5 years in prison. The Dutch prosecutor’s office requested 3.5 years in prison. Vloot’s license is also taken away for 4 years.
In November 2021, the 27-year-old football player in his hometown became a partner in the accident in which the four-year-old boy died while intoxicated. According to the prosecution, the football player was driving at 203 km/h and did not try to slow down or go off the road to avoid colliding with another car in which the child was driving. The boy died in the hospital.

Vlut played for Heracles in 2021. He joined Kazakhstan “Astana” in March 2022 as a free agent and from there moved on to “Ural” in September. The striker has made 18 appearances for the Yekaterinburg club this season and has scored six goals.
