Skater Bukin told Zhulin that the transition was due to a desire to “try something new.”
MOSCOW, April 29 – RIA Novosti, Alena Sulizova. Figure skater Ivan Bukin, who performed a dance duet with Alexandra Stepanova, told RIA Novosti that the reason for their transition to Russia’s honored coach Alexander Zhulin was the desire to try something new.
Stepanova and Bukin trained with Alexander Svinin and Irina Zhuk for 16 years. In March, Zhulin announced that the skaters were moving into his group.

Averbukh called figure skaters Papadakis and Hubbell’s program as most of their show schedule.
