Voronezh Fakel appealed to the head of the refereeing department of the Russian Football Union (RFU), Pavel Kamantsev, with a request to comment on the replacement of the referee for the match against Rostov in the 26th week of the Russian Premier League (RPL). reported on the club’s Telegram channel.
