CSKA coach Vladimir Fedotov recognized as the best of the 2022/23 RPL season
BARVIKHA (Moscow region), June 4 – RIA Novosti, Svetlana Bonopartova. Vladimir Fedotov, president of Moscow football club CSKA, was named the best coach of the Russian Premier League (RPL) after the results of the 2022/23 season.
The solemn ceremony of awarding the RPL takes place in Barvikha. Sergei Semak (Zenith) and Valery Karpin (Rostov) were also nominated for the award.
Fedotov led the army before last season. CSKA has not been on the podium since the 2017/18 season, where it finished second. In the 2021/22 season, Fedotov led Sochi to the silver medals of the Russian Championship. Journalists, including RIA Novosti reporters, fans, captains and head coaches of RPL teams, as well as league legends, took part in the RPL voting.
