Post: Rubin’s doctor talks about Jevtic’s recovery

Rubin doctor Butovsky said Jevtic will resume training soon

KAZAN, October 27 – RIA Novosti, Adela Ziatdinova. Mikhail Butovsky, the head doctor of the Kazan team, said that Rubin football player Darko Jevtic, who is recovering from a torn cruciate ligament in his knee, will start training soon.

Jevtic was injured during the preparations for this season, in the friendly match against Dinamo Moscow on July 5. According to the original conditions, the 29-year-old football player will be away from the fields for at least 6 months.

“Jevtich’s rehabilitation is going as planned. He will start training soon. Most likely, he is unlikely to play a match before the winter break,” Butovsky told RIA Novosti.

Jevtic has been playing for Rubin since January 2020 and played 45 matches in Kazan, scoring 4 goals and making 3 assists in these matches. The midfielder previously played for Greek AEK, Swiss Basel, Austrian Wacker and Polish Lech Poznan.
