CSKA player Mukhin underwent successful surgery in Rome
MOSCOW, November 6 – RIA Novosti, Andrey Mikhailov. The head doctor of the Ordu club, Eduard Bezuglov, told RIA Novosti that CSKA football club’s midfielder Maxim Mukhin was successfully operated on in Rome and he can return to the field in May 2024.
Mukhin was injured in the away match of the 12th round of the Russian Championship against Rubin Kazan on October 21. The next day, according to MRI results, the midfielder was diagnosed with an anterior cruciate ligament tear. The actor flew to Rome for surgery on November 4.
“We regularly expect his return in six to seven months. I think he will return in May 2024,” added the CSKA chief physician.
Mukhin played in 16 matches in all competitions in the 2023/24 season, scoring two goals and making one assist.
