WADA CEO Niggli urged Russian athletes to reopen doping cases
MOSCOW, June 12 – RIA Novosti. Olivier Niggli, Director-General of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), has called for the reopening of doping cases against Russian athletes after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) decision to disqualify Alexander Dyachenko and Nikolai Lipkin.
