Russian Sumaid Khalidov elected Vice President of European Boxing Confederation
MOSCOW, May 7 – RIA Novosti. According to the Russian Boxing Federation’s website, Sumaid Khalidov has been elected Vice President of the European Boxing Confederation (EUBC).
In early May, Khalidov was elected to the board of EUBC at the congress of the organization. At the first meeting after the congress of the board of directors of EUBC members, Khalidov was unanimously elected vice president of the organization.
“EUBC has always been and continues to be a close-knit boxing family. Everyone in this family takes care of each other and develops boxing with joint efforts. Russia strives for good working and human relations with international organizations in order to spread boxing in the world. We are one of the leading boxing countries in the world. and a prerequisite for us is close contact and mutual understanding with partners,” he added.
