The Ministry of Justice has registered a new charter of the Biathlon Union of Russia
MOSCOW, August 31 – RIA Novosti. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has registered a new charter of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU). area SBR.
The new charter of the RBU was approved at the RBU’s next reporting and election conference on 23 June. It was registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on August 22, and the corresponding entry was made on August 30 in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
According to the decisions taken at the RBU conference, the powers of the members of the council and the board of the organization were terminated from the moment of state registration of the new edition of the union charter. Now the permanent university governing body of the RBU is the executive committee elected at the conference. The date of the first meeting of the RBU Executive Committee, which will be held in Moscow, will be determined in the near future.
It was previously reported that the adoption of the RRF charter by the Ministry of Justice is one of the conditions for holding repeated elections for the head of the organization. It is expected to be held no earlier than the beginning of October this year.
