Hockey player SKA Khairullin dedicates victory over Avangard to the lost team of Lokomotiv
st. PETERSBURG, September 7 – RIA Novosti, Dmitry Edigarev. st. Petersburg SKA striker Marat Khairullin dedicated his victory over Avangard Omsk in the Continental Hockey League (KHL) regular season match to the Lokomotiv team, which crashed in a plane crash in the Yaroslavl region on September 7, 2011.
The match between the teams in St. Petersburg and ended with a score of 4:1 in favor of the home team. Khairullin scored a hat-trick. Before the match started, the teams honored the memory of those who lost their lives in the plane crash with a minute of silence.
