MOSCOW, September 15 – RIA Novosti. According to the press service of the joint headquarters of the organization, the forward group of the CSTO mission sent to Armenia will develop proposals to reduce tensions on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

They also stated that Colonel General Sidorov had a meeting with Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan as soon as he arrived in Yerevan, “where the situation in certain regions on the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan was discussed”.
