The first deputy chairman of the State Duma Construction Committee, Vladimir Koshelev (LDPR), told RIA Novosti that he will present to the State Duma an initiative for the payment of mortgages and car loans to the state during the service of those mobilized in the RF Armed Forces. .
“I think it is correct that as a measure of support to citizens mobilized for military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the state assumes its obligations for monthly payments of mortgages and auto loans … State Duma,” said Koshelev.
He also noted that the measure should apply to the entire period of service of those mobilized in the ranks of the RF Armed Forces.
Partial mobilization has been declared in Russia by presidential decree since September 21. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, it is necessary to control the 1000-kilometer line of contact and liberated areas in Ukraine. During the mobilization, a total of 300,000 reservists will be called in, which is just over 1% of the total mobilization resource of the Russian Federation. The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation added that the mobilization of university students is out of the question and will not be.
