The head of Chukotka Kopin announced that the first group of reservists was sent for special training.
VLADIVOSTOK, September 25 – RIA Novosti. As part of the partial mobilization, the first reserve group was sent from Chukotka for training, knowledgeable regional president Roman Kopin.
He noted that those who served in the army were called from the reserve, they had real military expertise and mainly had combat experience. Kopin added that students, conscripts and, in limited form, extended families are not invited.
Partial mobilization has been declared in Russia by presidential decree since September 21. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, it is necessary to control the 1000-kilometer line of contact and liberated areas in Ukraine. During the mobilization, a total of 300,000 reservists will be called in, which is just over 1% of the total mobilization resource of the Russian Federation.
