Citizens in Melitopol were warned about the controlled detonation of explosives
MELITOPOL, September 25 – RIA Novosti. The administration of the city of Melitopol warned the public about controlled explosions of explosive devices in the near future, citizens were asked not to worry.
Authorities announced that explosive objects were found during the investigation of the territory of the locomotive depot.
“Today, September 25, they will be destroyed by controlled blasting in the western control point area. Please remain calm,” the statement said.
The night before, an improvised explosive device detonated at a substation near the air town in Melitopol. The workers put out the fire by themselves.
The station supplies electricity to the control building as well as the locomotive and wagon depot.
