ASHGABAT, September 29 – RIA Novosti. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his condolences regarding the tragedy that occurred at school No. 88 in Izhevsk, Russia, informs On Thursday, the government’s Russian-language newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan.
On Monday, September 26, at school No. 88 in Izhevsk, his former student Artem Kazantsev shot 17 people, injured dozens, and then committed suicide. Britain reported that the attacker was wearing a T-shirt containing Nazi symbols and wool. Mourning was declared in Udmurtia. According to the authorities, Kazantsev was registered in a psycho-neurological dispensary.
