The Ministry of Defense announced the reflection of all attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Nikolaevsky and Andreevsky directions.

MOSCOW, October 2 – RIA Novosti. Ukrainian troops lost more than 400 people and 43 tanks in the Nikolaev-Krivoy Rog direction in one day, reported At the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Saturday.

According to the Ministry, in the Nikolaev-Krivoy Rog direction, the Kyiv regime simultaneously attempted to attack the Nikolaev, Andreevsky and Krivoy Rog tactical directions.

“During the days of active hostilities in the Nikolaev-Kryvyi Rih direction, Russian troops destroyed 43 Ukrainian tanks, 89 other military equipment and more than 400 Ukrainian soldiers,” the ministry said.

They explained that the most active offensive operations by the forces of the Ukrainian troops, consisting of six battalions, including two tanks, were carried out in the direction of the Davydov Brod settlement. At the same time, two tactical groups of reinforced Ukrainian battalions launched an attack on the positions of the Russian troops in the settlements of Bruksinskoye and Kostromka.

“As a result of the stubborn defense of the Russian troops and heavy fire attacks, the enemy attack in this area was thwarted. 31 tanks, 78 special equipment and more than 240 Ukrainian soldiers were destroyed,” the Defense Ministry said.
