Deputy head of the DPR Pushilin said that the situation in the direction of Krasnolimansky has stabilized
MOSCOW, October 5 – RIA Novosti. The situation on the front line in the Krasnolimansky direction in the Donetsk People’s Republic is stabilizing, reported Deputy head of the DPR Denis Pushilin on the broadcast of the Rossiya 1 TV channel.
“The Krasnolymansk direction is the most difficult For now, we can only say that the front line has stabilized there. The enemy does not abandon attempts to examine the defense. The defense line is being strengthened, it is strengthened by all means,” he said.
According to him, this will stop the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, prepare appropriate reserves, and then move on to the liberation of the DPR and LPR regions.
Earlier, Pushilin talked about the successes in the direction of Artyomovsk, where the Ukrainian troops were forced to retreat. For Kyiv, the situation is exacerbated by the transfer of reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from this sector to attack Krasny Lyman.
The day before, the Ministry of Defense reported that more than 120 Ukrainian nationalists and 14 armored vehicles were destroyed in the Krasnolimansky direction.
Russia has been conducting military operations in Ukraine since February 24. Vladimir Putin described his mission as “protecting people who have been subjected to eight years of bullying and genocide by the Kyiv regime”. According to him, the ultimate goal is the liberation of Donbass and the creation of conditions that guarantee Russia’s security.
