The country also announced extensive monitoring of prices. The State Inspection Agency warned that if price increases for any goods occur, the strictest response measures will be taken until criminal proceedings are initiated.
“The Prosecutor General’s Office requested from the Investigative Committee, the Ministry of Interior and the Financial Investigation Department to immediately open a criminal case on the fact of every violation of the law that caused an unreasonable increase in prices, the detention of suspects and choose a restraining measure in the form of detention,” the ministry said, In a statement on his Telegram channel.

The Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office warned that “every case of violation of the law, incomplete and ineffective measures will be subjected to a fundamental evaluation, and prosecuting measures will be taken until criminal cases are opened.”
