DONETSK, 7 October – RIA Novosti. Soldiers of the third separate motorized rifle brigade, fighting at the front in the DPR, told a RIA Novosti correspondent that they were waiting for help from the mobilized Russians.

“We are working along the entire line of contact from Artemovsk and to Avdiivka. The situation is constantly tense. We are doing everything so that the Nazis do not pass. But we are on the defensive,” Tsvetnik told RIA Novosti.

According to him, the Ukrainian nationalists have drawn large forces to the front and are trying to attack along its entire length, but the DPR forces hold the line.

“There is still enough strength, but we are really looking forward to mobilized reinforcements. It will be very beneficial for us now,” Tsvetnik said. Said.

His colleague petty officer sergeant and driver of an armored personnel carrier, call sign Evil, added that the defenders also lack drones: the enemy has an advantage in UAVs, which they use for both reconnaissance and attack.

RIA Novosti Zloy said, “There are not enough cars, there are not enough drones. The enemy has many positions. They are very well camouflaged, they find and correct artillery fire. The enemy has very advanced drone technology.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin declared partial mobilization on September 21. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, it is necessary to control the thousand-kilometer line of contact and liberated areas in Ukraine.

A total of 300,000 reservists will be drawn into the Russian Armed Forces, which is just over one percent of the country’s total mobilization resource. According to Shoigu, there is no mobilization of students studying at universities and they will not leave under any circumstances. It will also not affect existing recruits.
