Lviv authorities announced that the energy supply has been fully restored
MOSCOW, October 12 – RIA Novosti. Andriy Godik, deputy head of the Lviv regional military administration, said on Wednesday that the electricity supply to Lviv in western Ukraine has been fully restored, the water supply to the population has also been restarted, that in the Lviv region there are already 97% of settlements with light.
Earlier, the mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovoy said that as a result of a missile attack in the city, four electrical substations were damaged.
“Lviv – electricity and water supply has been fully restored. If we are talking about the region, then about 97% of the settlements are supplied with electricity. The most problematic situation is currently in Novy Razdolie, there is a phased consumer connection, Godik said on the broadcast of the all-Ukrainian telethon.
Ukrainian media reported on Tuesday about the new explosions, the day after the Russian Armed Forces launched a massive assault on Ukrainian infrastructure with precision-guided weapons. Explosions occurred mainly in the Kyiv, Vinnitsa, Rivne, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Nikolaev, Lvov regions, as well as in Krivoy Rog, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zaporozhye.
It was reported that electrical equipment was damaged as a result of rocket attacks on Ladyzhynska TPP in Vinnitsa region of Ukraine. In addition, Ferrexpo, one of Ukraine’s largest mining companies, suspended its operations due to power cuts.
On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at an operational meeting with members of the Security Council that a massive strike with precision-guided weapons had been carried out on Ukrainian infrastructure facilities. Putin described the incident at the Crimean bridge as a terrorist attack aimed at destroying civilian infrastructure. According to him, Kyiv has put itself on a par with the most disgusting terrorist groups, and it is absolutely impossible to leave the crimes of the Kyiv regime unanswered.
