Kyiv tested narcotic nasal analgesics in laboratories located at LPR
LUGANSK, November 13 – RIA Novosti. A source told RIA Novosti that Kiev is testing narcotic nasal analgesics developed for the NATO military in the West in laboratories located in the Lugansk People’s Republic.
In August, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Corps of the Russian Armed Forces (RCBZ), said Russian experts had found evidence of clinical trials being conducted in the LPR at the Farmbiotrest medical center in the liberated Rubizhne. 100 percent of unregistered drugs with potentially dangerous side effects were run in Ukraine for several years. According to him, clinical trials of unlicensed drugs were conducted on local residents.
He later explained that the tested drugs were used for the needs of the Kyiv army.
