Patrushev: families mobilized from the Central Federal District need additional support measures
BRYANSK, November 15 – RIA Novosti. Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, said that additional measures should be taken in Central Russia to support the families of the mobilized.
Speaking at a meeting on security issues in the Central Federal District in Bryansk on Tuesday, Patrushev reminded that the regional heads of the Central Federal District have the authority to counter security threats in the context of a special military operation in Ukraine.
“On federal subjects of the region, operational headquarters were established, in which priority should be given to the implementation of measures aimed at maintaining socio-political stability, maintaining public order and strengthening explanatory work with the population,” Patrushev said. aforementioned.
“It is equally important to identify and promptly meet the needs of the Russian Armed Forces in solving the tasks of a special military operation, to take additional measures to support the families of the mobilized,” said the Secretary of the Security Council.
The draft within the framework of partial mobilization began in Russia on September 21 by presidential decree and ended at the end of October. As planned, a total of 300,000 reservists were called into the Armed Forces.
The mobilized will take part in the control of the thousand-kilometer front line and liberated areas in Ukraine. The commanders had to send them to the special operations zone after combat coordination and only with the troops already participating in the NWO. As Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu noted on November 1, 87,000 mobilized people have already been sent to the NVO region, the rest continue training in training grounds.
Reports of violations came during the call for partial mobilization on the ground – they take the unfit, the sick, they don’t mind the delay, etc. In this regard, Putin instructed the Prosecutor General’s Office to “respond immediately to any signal”, and then raised the question of modernizing the entire system of military registration and recruitment offices.
In addition to federal payments, a number of regions, including Central Russia, offered their own support measures – one-time or monthly payments, uniforms, social benefits for mobilized families, etc.
