Primakov said there are now fewer acts of vandalism against Russian homes in Europe.
MOSCOW, November 18 – RIA Novosti. The head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Yevgeny Primakov, told RIA Novosti about acts of vandalism against Russian homes in Europe.
“After February 24, acts of vandalism against our cultural centers were recorded. They threw bottles and painted everything, they tried to throw Molotov cocktails over fences even in Paris, we included the police,” he said.
At the same time, he stressed that cases of such vandalism have decreased recently.
“Now Europe has calmed down a bit. There are no more such acts of aggressive vandalism,” Primakov said.
Earlier, the head of Rossotrudnichestvo, in a comment to RIA Novosti, called the shameful attempts of part of the Ukrainian diaspora in Germany to take the Russian House in Berlin and transfer it to Ukraine.
In mid-October, representatives of the Ukrainian Civil Movement met at the Russian House in Berlin and made an impromptu vote for the Russian House to be handed over to them. Activists also launched a petition online for the transfer of the building, but their demands have no legal basis.
Earlier, Rossotrudnichestvo reported that in Russian houses in Europe, heating points are turned on for local residents, where you can drink tea, charge your phone, watch movies and cartoons.
