Ministry of Defense: in the direction of Yuzhnodonetsk, the Russian Armed Forces disrupted the counterattack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
MOSCOW, November 20 – RIA Novosti. The Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday that Kiev had lost up to 50 soldiers attempting to attack the positions of Russian troops in the South Donetsk direction, all attempts were blocked.
In the South-Donetsk direction, the Ukrainian army tried to counterattack in the direction of the Slavne, Pavlovka, Rivnopol and Vremivka settlements. As a result of the infliction of fire damage and the determined actions of the assault groups, all attempts were thwarted.
“The enemy losses in this direction are 50 Ukrainian soldiers killed and wounded per day. Two MT-LBs, two armored vehicles and three pickup trucks were destroyed,” the Russian military department said in a report.
