Peskov said the Kremlin is not talking about a second wave of partial mobilization.
MOSCOW, November 21 – RIA Novosti. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Monday that there is no discussion in the Kremlin about prospects for a second wave of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation.
Answering a question about whether the second wave of partial mobilization was being discussed in the Kremlin, Peskov said, “I can’t speak for the Ministry of Defense, there is no discussion about this in the Kremlin.”
On September 21, President Vladimir Putin announced the start of partial mobilization. On October 28, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu informed the head of state that the task of mobilizing 300,000 people had been completed and announced that the mobilization measures had been completed.
