Peskov: Statements by political scientists should not cast a shadow over Russia-Kazakhstan relations

But that doesn’t mean it can and should have a negative impact. “Peskov casts a shadow over our bilateral relations because these political scientists in no way reflect the official point of view of the government, they do not reflect the official line of the Kremlin.
