ASTANA, November 23 – RIA Novosti. Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the embarrassing statements of Russian political scientists about Kazakhstan do not reflect the official view of the Kremlin and should not overshadow the relations between the two countries.

On social networks in Kazakhstan, a recording of the part of the talk show “Evening with Vladimir Solovyov”, broadcast on the Rossiya TV channel, is circulating, in which one of the guests, the political scientist Dmitry Drobnitsky, offers to “pay” to the interlocutor. Note that the next problem is Kazakhstan”, because according to him, “Nazi processes can begin,” as in Ukraine. “There are a lot of Russians there,” he said. Kazakhstan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Roman Vasilenko said on Wednesday that such statements are not being responded to by the Russian authorities. He said he deserved a backlash.

“I can say one thing: There are political scientists in Russia who make extremely weird statements about Kazakhstan, there are political scientists who are very, very critical of Russia, no less than in Kazakhstan. But that doesn’t mean it can and should have a negative impact. “Peskov casts a shadow over our bilateral relations because these political scientists in no way reflect the official point of view of the government, they do not reflect the official line of the Kremlin. They should be treated as such,” he said. Kazakh state television channel “News 24”.

“You don’t need to listen and watch them in general,” added Peskov with a smile.
