Peskov: Putin has no plans for separate talks with military personnel
MOSCOW, November 25 – RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin does not plan to hold a separate meeting with Russian military personnel yet, and the Kremlin will be informed when such a decision is made, Dmitry Peskov, the Russian President’s Press Secretary, told RIA Novosti.
Asked by an RIA Novosti reporter whether Putin plans to meet with the Russian military, Peskov replied, “Not yet, we will inform.”
On Friday, the head of state will meet with women whose sons – mobilized, volunteers, contractors and military personnel – served in the Russian army and are either directly in the special operations zone or undergoing tactical training and combat coordination. Peskov had said earlier that this was one of those conversations with the Russians in terms of communication about helping soldiers and their families.
